Via SoftPedia.com - As expected, BlackBerry officially unveiled the Z10 in Indonesia. Although the smartphone was announced today, it will go on sale next week for Rp 6.999.000 outright, which is about $720 or €555.
According to CrackBerry, the BlackBerry Z10 will be available at all BlackBerry Lifestyle Outlets across the country, as well as online.
Indonesia has been an important market for BlackBerry, which is one of the reasons the Canadian company established dedicated stores for its products. The device weighs about 135 g (with battery) and has the dimensions of 130.0 x 65.6 x 9.0 mm. Also it supports HSDPA up to 21 Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps and LTE.
With the Z10, BlackBerry hopes to cover the high-tier range for Indonesian fans. BlackBerry Z10 is the company’s flagship smartphone and comes equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor (Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon), Adreno 225 GPU, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory.
The smartphone also boasts a 4.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 16 M colors that supports HD (768x1280pixels) resolution and an 8-megapixel rear camera. There will be also the autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, continuous auto-focus, image stabilization, face detection, video (1080p@30fps) and secondary 2MP camera (720p@30fps). [IS]
